First female canine companion question

I rescued a French bulldog mixed with a staff recently , she is 4 months old hasn't had her first heat yet. She loves licking stuff but I wanted to find out if anyone knows what play would be safe for her , she's very receptive to play even digging at my crotch
 
Absolutely nothing sexual is acceptable as she's a prepubescent puppy, let her grow up and then see if she's interested in something more but for now just let her be a puppy and enjoy watching her grow.
 
I read nothing till the first heat , after that is there any way to help her ? Toys to hump etc ? Before any play ? I only had male dogs before so I want to be very careful and respectful of her but I'm not sure how to help her with sexual development at all once the time comes ( and I dont mean with me but for her , again never had female dogs)
