Hard to say. Spayed females can still appreciate sexual stimulation sometimes, though it is less likely if they never had sex before being spayed. I would say exploring the possibility is fine, but it's best not to progress your explorations any further unless you get a clear sign that she wants more. Sticking to external vulva rubs that stimulate her clit would probably be best while still trying to determine if she's into it. If she gives you a clear "No", or just continues to show a lack of interest, then I'd say it's better to leave her alone.
