Hey amazing humans, moved to a new city, and finding it very difficult to make friends, I'm attractive and outgoing, but the people in this city require a password to be friends,and I don't have it ,if you know what I mean.

There's no "rules" to making friends. It happens when people talk about the hard topics. Some will hold converastions. Many won't. Just how it goes.

Congrats on your move. Can you get your feet wet by going out with Co-workers, and just being social?
That's the best way really, besides going to local public events and mingling with the locals with your Hobbies.
