Fetish or sexuality

Good morning,
I'm 24M in Spain. My zoo interest flared up when I was in highschool and I looked porposefully for it, it was no accident. Yet I still don't know if it's right or not, if is just a fetish or really part of my sexuality, I've always been heterosexual even though I do get excited with homo sex, but I don't see myself in a homo love relationship, and that's why I think both zoo and homo are fetish for me and not really sexuality, what's your take?
 
Well certainly depends for everybody but by the sounds of it I would almost say you’re more leaning towards being bisexual for me though the whole zoo thing definitely is more of a sexuality thing and I even was in rather long-term romantic relationship with a Brittany pointer

I agree that it is part of sexuality for some people. My attraction to zoo started when I was in my teens. Also I always knew that I am bisexual, now gender is secondary for me, therefore I am Pansexual and so it means that zoo is a big part of my sexuality. I hope it helps you a bit.

I would call mine an interest I have k9’s but they are family to me I have no sexual inclination to them I just love them. My interest is woman with a k9 but that was in the past and unlikely to happen again. With the woman I knew it was a part of her life and I wouldn’t call it a fetish.
 
These are just labels that don't mean anything in the end, do what you like =) I used to be so caught up in defining things but I realized I don't have to

I would call it for myself a kink
 
For me, I'd say zoo is a kink, not a fetish. I think about it a lot, but it's not necessary for me to function sexually, though the thought of it seriously heightens my arousal!
 
I don't feel the need to distinguish zoo as a sexuality separate from any other specifying attraction to a specific gender. Pansexual, in my case. I don't consider my attraction to humans to be a kink, so why should my attraction to animals?

The belief that attraction to animals can only be a kink is a projection that comes from a place of anthroponormativity. Perhaps attraction to humans is someone's normal, but not universally.
 
For me I don’t consider it a kink/fetish. It’s a part of my sexual orientation. I personally identify as a gay zoo. I’m equally attracted to human men and male canines. I have also had LTR with dogs as well as men.
 
I think it depends on the individual and how comfortable they are with their sexuality

someone who is more open and accepting could consider it apart of their sexual identity while someone more conservative might call it a kink or fetish

for myself I’ve had an experience that makes it more apart of my sexuality and when you maybe do get into a relationship or situation with a zoo companion your mind might change about how you identify this part of yourself!
