To the question of sucking. Dogs do not suck the way humans do and if you have ever tried making a dog swallow a pill, you know they are not into deepthroat. If you see a dog sucking a dick it is called "the abuse of suckling reflex" that some dogs retain from puppy age. It has nothing to do with sexual behavior and it is in my opinion absolutely wrong to do.

If you see a dog deepthroating someone, the dog has been trained or forced to withstand the discomfort for a reward. No dog would ever do this on their own.

I do not know which video you mean. But usually when dogs do that it is reminder of their suckling reflex. In my opinion taking advantage of that is not right.
