[Feature request] Sub-forum for user-staff interaction (see description)

Hello. I would like to propose a sub-forum in with users could contact members of ZooVille staff in the matters of:

* need of support
* appeal from discipliary actions, with would be also avaliable for not members (in case of for example suspenctions, bans, restictions, etc.)
* providing suggestions for improvement of the forum and community
* other

That may be a bit problematic because there is (or I can't find it) a page of forum (accessable from menu) that would allow either to list all staff members with their public avalliable contact informations, nor a contact form, nor any else contact informations

Use the report button or if you want to make it public a thread in the general section such as:

I meant it more in general form (with choice of violation type) to report any kind of misuses (not only the content related)

As for the "suggestions" and "bug reports" forum (or sub-forum), it may happen that the forum members may have interesting ideas to consider about and giving them a chance to share them may help in improving things.

I enjoy spending a loot of time here, since I can find a loot of good quality content, but I think that with shared effords it may become even greater place ;-)

I do not understand that paragraph entirely, but as long as you have 10 posts you can pm any mod or admin just by clicking the Start conversation button in their profile.
If that is not a possibility, use the thread and if that also can not be done, use the contact form mentioned on every page at the bottom:

We get reports ranging from "I feel offended by this post, please remove it" to "This is animal abuse, remove it".
You can report anything you want and anyone you want. The staff members then decide what to do with the report.

As for the "suggestions" and "bug reports" forum (or sub-forum), it may happen that the forum members may have interesting ideas to consider about and giving them a chance to share them may help in improving things.

It would be nice if they were placed somewhere easy accessable wiwhout need to search for it ?

aa for the paragraph you don't understand:

I hoped that to the forum navigation could become added a separate menu position containing in it's submenu links to the staff, contact form, etc.

Next, the proposed in one of the post's earlier contact method thru DM won't work in cases of problem of accessing the account (due any reasons), so a public accessable contact methods would be in my opinion a good idea
