I think everyone know each others favourite dog breeds. So what about horses?
What is your favourite equine breed? Why? I'm relying on you to learn something about horse diversity!!! If you don't have a favourite at least tell us your favourite coat colour.

Mine is the Barockpinto from central Europe (Germany? Dutchland?). Also known as colour Friesian, which indeed is where this breed comes from.
I love painted horses and feathery foots, Gypsy Vanners are also nice but lack this body structure ?. These are basically Border Collies on hooves! my favourite dog breed

I'm not picky when it comes to horses, but if I had a choice it would certainly be anything draft. I'm sure I don't need to explain why. ;)

Why? I can guess the arabian, as your girl have their distinctive concave profile
The horse I learned to ride was a Appaloosa, later I fell in love with her. My first mare was a Appaloosa, the second a Arabian so I decided to breed Araloosa horses.

My current love is Pintaloosa, but looks more Appaloosa yet is 75% Arabian.

I love colored horses, spotted or painted with spots being my first choice.

Drafts also tent to be fairly calm, healthy, and resilient to injury with better then average feet. Everyone I've known has had a great personality, very chill most of the time. They're excellent for driving horses, but a bit slow and choppy under saddle unless they're long legged and have a long back- which most don't. Tall Percheron crosses can have an awesome versatile body shape good for riding and driving.

My last carriage horses was 18.3h and crazy long, he needed a 105" blanket, and @1900lbs most any fence was just a suggestion to him- thankfully he almost always followed the suggestions. He was fantastic under saddle, though you practically needed a ladder to get up there- unfortunately he didn't like being ridden- He'd come up to the gate when I pulled the carriage out, but totally ignore me if I pulled out a saddle. So we didn't ride much, mostly drove.

No preference whatsoever, draft, horse, donkey, zebra, pony, provided it's a female. Perhaps a slight preference for the latest, the ponies, for the nbr convenience, yet all the "features" of a horse.

.

European Arabic, it is a little different from the "classical" Arabic, it tends to have a much less curved nose profile, more linear and does not have ears as curved as "the original" (pass me the term) and on average they are smaller (apart from the vertebra in less, I generally speak)

mainly for its or - or character, but also for its proportion in its features, for me they have a perfect relationship, however they are born.
the strictly white coat (this is my personal taste, I have nothing against the other coats, but for me the Arabic is white ...)

just further down for me there is the Avelignese (or Haflinger), for me the right mix between strength and "grace" in relation to the small size, plus that typical color mix of tail and white mane with golden-blond coat sincerely drives me crazy, in addition to the tail that is extremely thick

THIS IS MY FAVE, TOO :love::love:

These horses have been, by far, the kindest, cutest and calmest horses I have ever met. Curious and gentle. I love them so much!
