Basicamente dice que esta prohibido poner cualquier tipo de contacto o informacion personal en posts publicos.

Es recomendable usar los mensajes privados (y creo que es lo mejor) para cualquier tipo de contacto. Recuerden que el romper las reglas puede banearlos.
