Good afternoon fellow ZV deziens :)

A couple quick questions for those that may be able to help me trouble shoot.

First, my Vixen toy is requiring me to cover the air hole on the bottom of the bulb to inflate. Can this be easily fixed? It still inflates, but essentially requires two hands, and makes it more difficult to use with a partner.

Second, how does one go about using hot water in the toy? Are there any video tutorials to show how this is done? I'd love to try this out, but am afraid of breaking an expensive toy haha.

Thank you for any help you all may have for me!

That's a broken/defective bulb. The 1-way valve is busted. If it came to you that way contact them and see if they'll replace it. If it used to work and has since broken, depending on how their bulbs/hoses are made/connected you should be able to replace it with the bulb from any other inflatable toy.

Thank you!
It did work (they sent me a great product I can't recommend highly enough), and still does if I cover the hole on bottom. I dont have to keep it covered after I pump it, it will atay inflated after. Just when I pump it. The FAQs on EA website mentioned possibly dust or something getting in valve, I just haven't taken things apart before, so I'm hesitant haha.

Pumps have 2 1-way valves in them. One that keeps the air in the toy, and the one at the back of the bulb which allows air into the bulb then closes to not let it back out thus forcing it through the hose into the toy when the bulb is squeezed. That's the valve that has broken, your finger over the hole is acting as the closed return valve.

So I could feasibly switch the bulb on my magic to the vixen?

As long as they're easy pop-on/off design and not fused, yes. I don't have any elypseart so don't know their design. I have/had generic inflatable plugs of both styles before, so some you can switch and some you can't. They'd also have to have the same connection size, though one would hope being from the same company that they do.

They are the same, and apparently able to be taken off, I just haven't done it before haha, hence aaking the questions. :)

Appreciate the help, thank you!

You can also pinch the brown part on the bottom of the toy and insert the plastic plug they give you with it, if you decide to wear it while doing something else
