That depends on if you mean "beastchat signups" or if you're just talking about chatting with people in general. The former is approval based, and you would need more history and good standing here for that. The latter, just check out some threads that look fun or interesting, start talking, possibly meet some new people and ask (eventually) if you can DM if that's where you'd like to go.

When content is removed it influences the number of messages people posted. Likely a thread was removed and you had a couple of posts there.
