While you can probably get her used to the feeling since you can pretty much back a horse out to anything, you're going to cause her discomfort that I don't believe is fair to her, since she will not understand what you're doing or why, and you're not doing it for her wellbeing but rather your own interests.

Unless they're on a heavy diet, horses are usually pretty clean naturally. I would suggest just timing your endeavors well, and you can always come back later
