Uh, sure. Let me take a crack at it I suppose.
So, like many things, it needs to be a consensual thing. There needs to be that level trust among involved parties and you have to take his/her wants and needs into consideration. Remember, you're dealing with a living creature. I'd recommend you ask yourself why you want to become sexually intimate with an animal first. Second, you need to realize and understand that if they aren't willing to take you sexually, that you need to be okay with that and love them for who they are. I personally don't know if you're a zoophile or just a beastialist, only you can decide that.
There is so much more in the "educational" forums as regards to the "do's/don'ts" of the act, and I highly recommend that you give those a read. Safety is key, and if you end up making a mistake that might kill your dog or injure them, that'll be on your conscience. There are general guidelines as I previously stated.
