Not sure if this is the place to post but I have a male dog and he hasn’t done anything yet, but I was curious if anyone had info on if it’s safe to take a dog vaginally if you have an IUD

About IUD.
The most common IUD’s is a plastic device situated in your womb, it looks like a T, where two strings are hanging down from the stem of the T, through your cervix to the vagina. They are simply used to pull the IUD out again.
Normally a man can‘t feel them during intercourse and there is no restrictions for neither him nor you, and I am sure it is exactly the same for a dog.
But if you are sure you won’t have human sex for years, then the IUD is not necessary. Unless you use a hormone coated IUD to avoid strong menstruations. And with this type of IUD many women only have a period every 2-3 month, which the majority feels is fine.
It is feared (well, or hoped) by many, but you can’t get pregnant by the dog.

I’m wondering if a dog knotting and swelling inside someone with an IUD could cause damage to the dogs cock? I imagine the rougher sex and larger size could possibly lead to Injury. But idk

I am surprised that you can feel the IUD and the strings.
I have never heard a woman tell that her husband could fell the base of the IUD (and no men either), apart from the very seldom ones where the IUD was displaced down / out.
And then she should have a checkup with her doctor / gynecologist.
Normally the string are cut so long that they lie smoothly along the surface of her cervix.
But if the IUD has moved much up in the womb or the doctor cut the strings to short, then they can ‘sting’ the penis. And in those cases naturally the dogs penis too.
Most women are able to feel up her vagina and feel the cervix and the strings too. If she can feel them she knows the IUD is in place. If the strings feels pointing, I will advice this checkup.

But if the IUD has moved much up in the womb or the doctor cut the strings to short, then they can ‘sting’ the penis. And in those cases naturally the dogs penis too.

Gynecologist has advised that there are no placement or positional issues and even cut the string as short as they are able to but it doesn't make much of a difference. I'm fairly well endowed though.

Gynecologist has advised that there are no placement or positional issues and even cut the string as short as they are able to but it doesn't make much of a difference. I'm fairly well endowed though.

To my opinion the male problem could worsen when cutting them short, because then they can point right out and really stab your penis.

In my experience it’s not painful just a slight discomfort, to me, the strings just feel like a slight itch. After a while through, it can definitely cause irritation. I’m also fairly well endowed too. But i imagine a dog fully engorged would be bigger than me, which is the root of my concern
