Dog question.

Hey, new to all of this stuff. I have just started to explore all of this desires i have and let my dog lick me. I have noticed he gets very exited while licking me, he was not like this on the first time, but now he has been getting very eager to lick me at all times. Is there a way to make him behave when i am not in the mood or when it is dangerous to someone finding out?

only let him do it in safe place/at a time when noone will come in such as in your room after dinner or something. training him like that wont take long

How do you stop him when he tries to eat a shoe or some of your dinner?

Yeah, that's just something you're going to have to reinforce and teach him. You need to stay in control.

I kinda yell at him and tell him to not do that, sometimes work, but he is too stuborn and energetic

I saw in a place to do it only in one specific place, i am going to start doing that.

Doing at the same time of the day will also enforce special time, dogs body clocks are pretty good

Nice, i can try starting a routine, but it is a bit hard to stay alone at home

Yelling simetimes work, sometimes is just a game.
Usually, firmness and calmed works better.
And... lots of patience. Young animal, I guess? [edit](just yes or no suffices, just in case...)[/edit]

Do not hesitate if you think a trainer can help you get in control (in general, do not ask about the licking, though . But it is the same )

Take him to a dog obedience classes for the basics. The basics will show him how to obey and also respect you. Once he has got use to the basic commands start to introduce a hand movement with a specific word which is purely for play time. Only allow him to have fun with you after giving him the secret word and hand gesture. Also only have fun in a specific location such as in your bed room or maybe bathroom. Dogs respond well to hand gestures and single word commands.

Is he generally obedient.?
It sounds like he needs training. Has he had much time spent with him, with the basic commands of sit, stay, shake hands etc. sounds like he needs some dedicated time with him to train him to how you would like him to be. If he is not too old and hasn't just been given free reign to do what ever he pleases all his life, then he should be able to pick up simple gestures or command easily enough.
