Dog porn stash found by recent ex gf

MoonRock

Zooville Settler
Welp, today is a pretty fucked day. 27yr old M- Houston Tx

Left my computer on to run to the store for cigs last night. Gf went through my computer and found my girl on dog porn stash. About 40ish files on there and completely lost her shit. Computer went flying down the stairs, clothes thrown out the window.
Been together for 2 years and now its shit.
I feel like im disgusting and vile. But all these vids where good vids from women who cared for their dogs.

Kind of afraid she'll be an ass and either tell everyone we know so they can feel sorry for her.

I guess its a good thing i never tried to convince her to try a knot
?

How does this fit to the zoo exclusive lifestyle?
Also I feel sorry for you, but the first thing you learn on any zoo forum is how to encrypt your sensitive files, so this is kind of your own fault.

That's awful, my guy. Why would she check your computer without your permission? Check her phone in return, lol.

Edit. I didn't noticed the “ex girlfriend” you did the right thing :). You can always slap her with a defamation/libel charge if she does post anything about it.

is holding animal porn illegal where you live? sue her ass for damages if not. other things were said already... it's mainly your fault for: a) no protecting "sensitive" data better b) not being honest with her (which might sound weird when talking about zoo stuff, but aren't human relationships supposed to be about honesty?)

Whoopsie! That was not meant to happen! To tell the truth, most girls go into panic mode when they discover their boyfriend/husband is watching porn. The regular porn that is. This was quality Zoo stuff so I can understand why she freaked out.

In my mind, she now wants/needs to talk about the breakup and "He's watching porn" insn't going to cut is since almost every man at some point watches porn. Girls know. So she will spill the beans on the Zoo stuff. Her BFF is probably the first to know. So, expect some changes in your social life. Some mutual friends will take her side.

All in all, it will be a nerve wrecking experience. The cat is out of the bag and you will never be sure when and where it pops up again.

Now for something else :

I do not know your location but possession might be illegal. If so, wipe the material from your machine. Delete is not enough when using a magnetic drive (non-SSD), you need a tool like Crap Cleaner. Run it to clean up your browsing history, watched movies etc etc. Furthermore, Crap Cleaner has an option to randomly overwrite empty space and slack space to get rid of every bit of Zoo porn. Delete the material first and then clean the drive. It will take some hours.

SSDs on the other hand are more common in laptops nowadays. An SSD does not allow for secure erase, The operating system uses a TRIM command to set the memory cells to "0". How to invoke TRIM is Operating System and drive specific.

SSD was password protected.
And lifestyle is, well a lifestyle so it fits perfectly.
I apologize for the incontinence this might have caused you. Ill delete
No need to delete. But zoo exclusivity means no interest in humans and since you have or had a girlfriend it does not fit. :D
Password protecting a drive that is by default mounted at system start does nothing against what happened to you. What I meant was having an encrypted container like a true crypt file or a whole disk that you mount and decrypt only when you need it and unmount when you are finished. And of course do not leave unlocked when you leave the computer unattended.

You need to get out in front of this and tell her ahead of time she'll be sued for defamation/libel if she utters a single word of this to ANYONE. She does not have the right to do so, and CAN be charged, criminally, for destroying your computer.
Make a move on this! Don't just accept it!
@MoonRock seems to be an American citizen. His state has a one year imprisonment or a fine of up to US$4000 for sharing bestiality images.

Now there is this prisoners dilemma. Moonrock may or may not threaten his ex GF for defamation/libel, and the ex GF may or may not inform Law Enforcement of her findings. From my position (it's evening as I type this ;)) I suggest to both parties to let it rest. Suing each other brings a lot of hassle, publicity and probably a fine or imprisonment. As Americans like to sue everyone over everything, this advice might be thrown into the wind and everyone lawyers up for what's to come.

Americans with money like to sue everyone and everything. The rest of us can't afford legal counsel. Usually the minimum is 3 to $5,000 just to retain a lawyer.

No need to delete.

I would like to agree to disagree with you. First of all, "password protected" says absolutely nothing for security. If it was Truecrypt or Veracrypt encrypted with a good password, then yes. If it was a tool provided by the SSD manufacturer, it might be weak at best.

Then, there is a man suspected of downloading graphical images of minors. "Suspected" as in, not proven. His drive was encrypted and he refused to decrypt it or hand over the password. He is held prisoner for contempt of court. The All Writs Act came down on him allowing the state to imprison him until he complies, or indefinitely if he does not.

Unless you told her you downloaded it while you guys were dating I would say I was exploring things before we met and I just forgot to delete it. At the same time what was her reason for going into your computer without your permission? Exactly. She has her own equipment so why was she on yours.

I too am a 27M from Houston TX and my gf of 3 years just recently found out that i am a zoo 2 months ago. My ex (who found out 8 years ago while we were still together) told her, so i pretty much came clean and she was more understanding than i thought she would be, still not okay with it though. She was just more upset about the fact that i hid it from her for 3 years and that i was watching beastiality porn behind her back. She also wasn’t too happy about the fact that i have done stuff with dogs in the past.

But i feel ya my dude my ex who found out 8 years ago completely flipped shit. She went through my laptops search history one day while i was at work and saw that i had been going on to beastforum and gaybeast a lot. I was usually really careful about clearing my search history, but i guess i had just forgotten that time. She flipped shit and called me every horrible name in the book. We broke up shortly thereafter.

He can and should inform her of his right to sue for defamation/libel, but he would not, nor could not, do so unless it happened.
She has to know he has the ability to do that, at least. Yes, some people sue in this country over frivolous reasons. This is not a frivolous case.
As for her reporting it to the police, the police in this country will do nothing without proof of the porn on his computer. He can ditch that computer and flat-out deny it. Proof does not exist. Even IF she made copies, it has to be proven it came from HIS computer. Do you know what could happen since she cannot prove that? SHE is in possession of zoo porn.

And even then, if he manages to smash up the storage drive, maybe let it sit in water, and then tell the police when they show up that she destroyed his computer things will swing in his way. I mean destruction of property versus a disgruntled ex-girlfriend tends to work in your favor.

Undermine her credibility to the point if she does try to say things to anyone especially something outlandish to normal people if she destroyed where the files were its not like she can prove her point other than by her own word

I've learned some new English (or American) words today. He could inform her but if she puts word out he's into Zoo, it actually isn't a lie. Defamation is harming someones reputation by making a false statement. So, I'd be careful with that one.

I have been working at a forensic institute which does all kind of crime scene investigations. The department I worked for is tasked with retrieving data from digital media, analyzing it and making it available to police officers to search. From my experience, they can do an awful lot with hard disks and can actually piece your digital life together based on the contents. Besides the actual computer, all ISPs are required to keep logs on their customers.

Anyway, I hope she keeps quiet about it so no more harm is done.

Yeah, you really can't trust anyone with this kind of information. It's the stuff that will turn you into a sex offender real quick. Sorry to hear it, but you gotta keep this shit private.

Regarding your first paragraph, if she puts such word out, he can still take her to court, where she will have to prove it to be true.
She won't be able to do that, since he will no longer have the computer. He will have ditched it as I said, off a bridge into a large body of water. Indeed, if he hasn't done that, he has waited a very long time for it.

Your second paragraph: Yes, they can do amazing things with data recovery, but as I said, he's going to be rid of that computer.
You're right about ISPs. They must log visits. That's where your VPN is your friend; your ISP can't log you if you're using a VPN, and no one should be here without a VPN. Even so, it isn't illegal to visit a zoo site.

I do consider it unlikely she will go to the police, but she has already told every one of her friends.
He is better off forgetting about the destruction of property. Charging her with that would get messy for him.

Isnt that unconstitutional? Why is this allowed? I mean its pretty much him held at gunpoint. If he did this to the government they would get huffy why is there a double standard.

It's very questionable. One has the right to remain silent and one has the right not to incriminate oneself. Then there is disobeying an order from the court, which is called a contempt of court. For normal cases, this means 18 months imprisonment. They invoke the All Writs Act, which is a law created in 1789. It can be applied since there are no other applicable laws to deal with encrypted tech devices. A judge ruled that the All Writs Act was not in violation of the 5th amendment when the outcome would be a "foregone conclusion". There was a load of circumventing evidence but the evidence itself was encrypted.

But isnt it actually a rule breaking act in and of itself technically how it can bypass the constitution. I swear to god of 2 things. 1. The land of the free is gone. 2. We have no government just bureucratic dictators who seems to like making up this game they do.
