Dog pack dynamics

I'm interested in training and breeding working dogs and I've been studying everything I can on the subject. I was hoping to find out more about dog pack dynamics and beastiality. I'm interested in whether introducing a sexual dynamic with the dogs could help to better integrate a wide range of dog breeds to interact more like a sled dog team. Essentially, from what I've read most dog trainers tend to be quite strict to show the dogs that they're the alpha dog in sense. I was thinking whether a closer more intimate relationship could be fostered between the dogs so that they still see you as the alpha, but they also see you as more integrated into the pack despite being a human. I was hoping there might be someone on here that has experience with this subject and can offer any helpful insights into developing pack dynamics utilizing beastiality relationships to foster a closer tighter pack. Any help would be greatly appreciated

One problem is with the word alpha. Alpha theory has been disproven. The author of it regrets creating it. Wolf packs are family hierarchies.

I don't think sex changes how dogs view people except feeling that they're more accessible. Sex is a fun thing that dogs enjoy doing like going to the dog park. It's not a mindset like it is with people.

Very rarely does a pack work with more than one intact male, adding a receptive female likely to make it worse. The few I have known attempt this usually need to separate when mating, and even then one will try to be dominant full time. The real problem starts when more than one decides to be dominant. I have known of a pack of four males, not even intact and they never did stop fighting. Keep a vet on speed dial.

I can anecdotally say that I've had successful integrations between males and it's way more possible if the dogs are extensively trained and socialized as puppies to be okay around other males.

It is rare for two random adopted adult males to be okay together.
