It depends on what you mean by "training". If he is already interested in sex and wants to join in, then that's one thing - maybe you mean sharing while having sex without him getting aggressive?
But if he's not into it and it is clear he doesn't want to be a part of it, let him be. It's entirely up to the dog.

If you're going to have a threesome with a dog, it's not exactly warm and inviting if the dog's thinking of biting you, but if he's too aggressive, then I'm not really qualified to help you with that one. :/

if the dog isnt into "sharing" then they cant do it? maybe if shes in heat (females only there) probably but just flat out doing it then its safe to say no. but it is wrong to brainwash a dog into sex. if i helped you please tell me? trust is important to anything. if she/he knows you both while also friends with her/him then... Maybe???
