This is genetically impossible. For example dogs and all other species that are not dogs have different numbers of chromosomes so the chromosomes can not pair and can not produce a functional result. There are other factors that prevent that too, like the size or shape of sperm cells or difference in the mechanism the egg accepts the sperm cell.
It is the same reason why you can not breed dogs with cats or bats with birds and why we have millions of different species of animals and insects and not one single global species of one animal.
