Does anyone feel like a drive to South Gippsland?

So I could really use some help getting my farm ready for the coming fire season and it would be nice to meet others who really care about and love their animal companions. So now the "Cone of shame" has been taken off and everyone can travel again. I came up with this probably insane idea to invite anyone to come visit me next Saturday 21 Nov to give me a hand and get to know others face to face. If anyone is interested PM me for the details. I do want to make it very clear though I am very happy for you to meet my animals, but this is not an invitation to come and screw anything on 4 legs. It is just a meeting others sort of deal, and a day out for all those city folk that have been trapped for ages. Now given that hardly anyone here knows me from a bar of soap; trust does need to be gained all around. So if you are interested in coming it sort of implies you are a zoo by default, but I don't want anyone to reveal anything to anyone else on the day that they don't feel 100% comfortable with others knowing. This includes your real name. Although if using an alias please try and remember who you are, it's a bit of a pain if calling to someone who doesn't answer because they forget that was their name for the day.

Companions are all welcome as long as they are all socialised I have two large high fenced yards for canines and the whole property is electrified (the top hot strand is heavy duty equifence wire) for anything larger that need to hang out in a paddock for the day. If your companion/lover has special requirements I need to know ahead of time, For example most of you will have entire 4 leggers so if someone turns up with a bitch in heat, I don't want a riot on my hands from any boys, (dogs that is) wanting to get their paws on her.

Well that's about it, If you want to come but the day doesn't suit let me know and hopefully we can find a day that will work for us both. I really just need the extra hands at the moment and it would be great if I could make friends I don't have to hide my zoo side from.

So sorry I just saw your note from last year. I was down Warrigual a few times after covid restrictions ended. I maybe trans but I'm handy with a chain saw. Sharon

Hi Sharon thanks for the reply, It personally doesn't worry me what colour of the LGBTQIA rainbow you belong too, I'll even associate from time to time with someone as straight as the road is long  Everyone is equal to me. The only requirement I have is a willingness to help and to actually come through the front gate.

But don't worry your the only person to even respond little lone show an interest in helping. So your already way out in front of the rest. I guess if there is no animal sex guaranteed people don't see anything in it for them to come to a farm. :gsd_sad: During Covid while people were complaining about being bored farmers in general were still working just as hard as usual and would love to have even a day off.

Oh well, no use dwelling on things I can't change. If nothing else, it would have been nice to meet others; even if they turned out to be crap at actually working around the place for the day.

Oh my a purple kitty, that is something you don't see everyday. :gsd_happysmile: sure drop me a PM when you can drive I guess, and when your not in lock down of course.

Meow! Its like my fursona, but putting that would be as personal as my face, so this is one of the first google images results for "purple cat". And im looking forwards to it! I expect hugs~~ (ill also bring covid test results for said hugs Xp)

Hi hugdoggy, me and mate would be happy to drive down and help on farm and keen on making friends with your animals. Sorry just started using this site again and don't know correct etiquette.

I can always do with some extra hands, you can PM me if you like, As I said in my original post though, I'm happy for you to meet and hang out with the 4 leggers here, but sex is not on the table unless the animal makes the first move.

Sorry new to site, how do I PM you
Put your mouse over my profile pic or my name on the left side of the screen and wait a second, a box should appear with my stats for the site down the bottom of that box is a button that says "Start Conversation" Click that button and you can send a PM to me. :gsd_happysmile:

Note to anyone else reading this that is new to the site, under Zoovillie rules you must have posted 10 forum post to PM anybody. Post in the fun and games section or on people's profile page don't count toward this number. doglove69 you have posted 12 forum post at this time so you are right to PM people now.

Hi
I just found your post, I would love to help out and meet new people like ourselves.
I can use most farm machines. I work in construction.
I hope we can talk and work out a suitable weekend.

Sounds good I'm sure we can find a time, we should PM.

One little safety note for this site though, only use your alias on public posts. The non porn sections of this site are accessible by anyone without needing to login.

Heya,
I only just joined the site a while ago, but is be happy to lend a hand where and when i can, or to simply meet up and have a chat.
I'm not exactly an outdoorsy type, but I've been wanted to change that for a while now (covid lockdowns reeeeaaaaallllly put into perspective how cooped up I've been)

Just letting everyone know I'm starting to organise another helper and zoo meet up day for mid to late January for those interested in coming to the next day. Just PM for the details. Previous attendees already have my email so they can contact me there.

There is a lot that needs doing this year because of the floods a lot of stuff has backed up that I have to catch up on so the more the merrier. I mean sure we ran out of chairs last year, but I'll borrow some! We can all fit around the table for lunch somehow. :gsd_laughing:

And as in previous years anyone who wants to help me, but is shy about meeting a group of other zoos I can arrange a different day for you to visit.

Wags.

hi HugDoggy! hope all is going well on the farm! i'd love to come visit one day and help out any way i can.
The next group day is on Sat 18th feb. but if your a bit shy meeting zoos I'm sure we can find a day for a one on one meeting, But I'll take any offer of help I can get this year, after the flooding last year a lot of work needs doing around the place, and extra help is always appreciated. I'll send you a PM and we can talk. :gsd_happysmile:

Hi everyone, two things today. Firstly the usual early notice for the annual zoo lunch meet up in Late Jan early Feb depending on when most people can make it.

Secondly if anyone wants to help with the clean up in preparation for the fire season this year, that would be very much appreciated. It's basically mowing areas the cows aren't allowed, filling up the trailer with what has been cut and taking it out to feed the moos, so if any of you city folk would like to meet and hand feed big grass munchers and some smaller ones too, got a few adorable calves at the moment, this would be a good chance for you. :gsd_happysmile:

Anyone interested in either thing just send me a PM.

Thanks to all who helped with the clean up around the place and for that certain someone's question that made me laugh for days about nipples on the bulls, yes I will stop teasing you about that one day, I promise.

Anyway If anyone hasn't got back to me about the lunch meet at the end of month can you get your tail shaking I need to plan for how many I'm feeding and any new people need to make contact so we can talk and get to know each other before time runs out before the day.

Thanks.

Well it's that time of year again, (actually it's way past time, but I'm really busy) when I remind everyone about the annual zoo lunch meet at my place in January, it's always nice to catch up with you bunch of animal loving misfits. And as always new people are welcome to join us, if they make contact via PMs ahead of time.

Wags.

Just a reminder to those interested I was teaching farm fencing construction this weekend.

If your new to my farm, but would like to learn you better PM me ASAP to get the details.

Well that time has rolled around again, I'm looking for anyone willing to come help with the property preparation for the fire season. With all the rain we have had of late after the early part of the year being so dry, it could well be a bad fire season this year and I need to make sure the animals are all safe should a bush fire come to the area, so any willing paws would be most welcome.

And anyone wanting to attend the zoo lunch meet early next year needs to drop me a PM Soonish so I can set a place at the table for you.

Ok you may now return to you previous activity, which knowing this place was probably looking at porn. :gsd_laughing:

Ok So after a bit of drama here in January, I had to postpone the lunch meet, but it's back on again now on the 21st of Feb, so if this is news to you, sorry I didn't contact you directly. Well unless you're a new person who like a virgin wants to come for the very first time (sorry I couldn't resist that one  ) I've definitely wouldn't have let you know, because I didn't know you want to attend. Any questions or to find out more if your a newbie please PM me.
