Does a puffy vulva raise suspicion?

I currently don't have a female dog companion with me in my life, but a question that has been in my head for some time now is, as the post's title says, for those that make love to their girl, does that make her have a puffier vulva than non-active females and has this ever raised suspicion from your family or friends?
 
it doesn't make it puffier, it's naturally elastic just like literally any orifice. it doesn't change shapes by use.
puffiness is just individual. you know, like some dogs have puffy buttholes.

tbh kinda weird question. i don't think ppl generally give too much attention to animal genitalia... at least not to a "this seems larger/looser than normal because i know what a normal unused *insert animal genitalia* looks like, they totally fuck!" degree.

@amorousdog5 my girl looks the same back there (nothing loose or puffy) outside of heat and we're on maybe seventh year of fairly active sex life.
 
I have noticed this effect, so it may well depend on the dog. I am unsure whether family members noted it also, but they never said anything about it.

While it seems clear your girl has an unusually large vulva, I don't think we can say it's because the two of you were having sex. Not sure what was on the vet's mind, possibly they just hate all dog owners who don't spay for being irresponsible. Your sister already had ample cause to be suspicious of you, so I'm really not surprised that she made an accusation over something like a large vulva.
 
My experiance would say yes..
As sexy as short coated dogs are like the Bullys and so on the furry one hide it better.
I got my girl when she was 3 and she was pretty normal in my memory when we were the most active she looked like she was permanently in heat. Now in her later years i have stoped being with her and her vulva has definitely shrunk but its still pretty big.
 
I hardly doubt that they'd be intensely monitoring your dog's cookie size and taking a tape measure to it everyday, proclaiming "Hey, her vulva is 0.01 cm larger than it was yesterday! Are you two having sex!!!???" What I can say is that I haven't noticed any significant... if at all... difference in size when I haven't been having regular sex with with my doggy girl, and when I have.
 
Regardless of looks changing a little or not, if you and your dog are both happy making love, there's not much worry about that. As long as you're both compatible sizes for each other of course. I think I have noticed a little change in one or two dogs over years of time. It wasn't much change, maybe just a slight size and skin pigment change. The easiest thing to do is move away from stupid people who might ask such. Especially if neighbors are like that.

You think it's weird your dogs vulva changes a little? I think it's more weird some random person not in our lives would have any input on such. Pretty easy to turn that one right around on them, versus being scared about them asking. We don't get many questions about my girls vulva from non zoo people, have gotten one or two "in heat" questions from people with animal husbandry experience. Nothing out of the ordinary. She does have a pretty big vulva and swells to a huge size in heat.

If some rando were to ask or accuse such though, I'd probably say something along the lines of "that's probably the strangest thing I've ever been asked. See anything else I should be concerned about? You're already inspecting her privates much more than I do, and the vet always says she's healthy". Of course the inspecting part isn't true, but it's just as easy to make someone feel stupid for asking as it is to be afraid of them asking.
 
My girl looks a LITTLE puffy, for about 10-15 mins post mating. But she quickly reduces back down. Unfixed females, do usually look a little more obvious, mainly cause most are spayed so you their sex organs don't have time to develop before the hormones get axed.

WE notice it even more, because we are terrified people will find out. It's like driving home after 1 beer, totally fine, but you KNOW most people are driving like Mother Theresa anyway, and WATCHING for cops.

You're asking a question that is answered by the quote you are responding to. The reason I asked for other opinions is because it would be foolish for me to assume the way things are for my dog is the way it goes for all dogs.
 
My old pit bull had a huge pale pink puffy vulva that hung way low. It even jiggled when she took every step. When she’d pee it would move up and down a lot noticeably. That because she was being used by my family to sell litters bi annually, so no suspicion whatsoever. It helped a lot with opening her up and her loose hole felt so good. It was as big or bigger than some giant dane vulvas I’ve seen. Definitely recommend a large retired breeding bitch even if you have a small dick they are well trained and usually grateful for any dick they can get. So I guess my answer is if they are mated often and carry to delivery everything should be fine Shes just well experienced wink wink haha

I have seen many good dogs on CraigsList for a low price, and sometimes for "free to a good home." The girl in my avatar is from CraigsList. I purchased her for $200. So, you don't really have any large financial barriers for getting a good girl of your choosing.
