The fact she lets you pat her is already a good sign. I can only suggest if you can get behind her and lightly touch her back and hips she is hoping you will do more.

The first step is getting one convinced that you're not trying to eat her - or at least, that if you DO eat her, she'll enjoy it, and be able to walk away with all body parts working as they should be. This takes time. And time. And time. And more time. And some more time after that.
