Do you think zoo will ever be accepted?

Best way to put it. I feel bad for people with high melatonin, because I understand how they feel, as a zoo. Luckily, being zoo is like an invisible disability, no one can actually tell that we're zoos.
High melatonin? Other than people who are tired a lot, and sleep a lot, what do you mean by high melatonin?

Not until someone invents a device that allows animals to speak for themselves in a Human language. Like the dog 'Doug' from that animated movie 'Up.'

I mean both socially and legally, I'm really insecure about my whole attraction to animals thing but I just kinda hope one day people will see we're not animals pin not intended
It would be the first time that a criminalized and pathologised form of sexuality becomes acceptable.

I dont think so but I hope so.... I feel that if the animal wants it then your free to give it to them. Ut others may disagree

If anything it's become harder. A lot of countries effectively decriminalized zoophilia in the 60s or 70s but now one by one they're criminalizing it again, typically because animal rights groups raise hell about it.

Absolutely not. Zoophilia will never be accepted in the same vain as homosexuality, for instance. Even then, there are still people who think gays should be killed on sight.

It's interesting. We've seen a lot more acceptance of homosexuality but at the same time a pretty strong hardening of attitudes towards bestiality.

Again, doubt it.
In a world run by greed and almost everybody beleives that a bunch of crap in a 2000 year old (shit) storybook of 1 version or another is the be all and end all, i cant see it. Your not allowed your own mind, think for yourself or just plain say it how it is. Like most on here id imagine,it doesnt bother me where you stick your cock or what sticks its cock in you or where. As long as both sides agree and done on both free will and no harm done, who really cares?
Does make you wonder people get so het up about it.
We are all only animals except human nature seems to steer us towards us thinking were at the top of the tree.
Obviously thats how it should be if there was an ideal world.
And also there is 1 exception to all the above that we can all agree on and dont need to go into any further.

I sure hope so. I believe it will be same as people's attitudes towards gay or inter-racial sex. In the past, it was not accepted, but now they are both common place. I believe that in the future, sex with animals will be accepted and even encouraged to decrease population growth.

Maybe in another 5 years the pendulum will start swinging back from conservatism towards liberalism, culturally speaking.
Right now the youngest people seem to be the most anti-zoo. 10 years ago, anti-zoo wasn't even a thing, at least where activity involving female humans was concerned. There was way more transphobia and homophobia back then. That has now reduced to some degree so everyone needs to unify around hating a new out-group. Amazingly zoos are the targets. Being an out-group is not all bad though. Before people were either ignorant or interested. Now thanks to the antis everyone is becoming aware that sex with animals is an option whether or not they are interested!

Paradoxically, we have become more culturally conservative as a backlash in the liberalisation of certain laws and behaviours. People are now looking for someone to hate on right now precisely because there has been so much change. We're basically victims of the backlash against the whole LGBTQ+ thing, and developments in womens' sexual freedom due to the explosion in sex positivity and online dating etc. Give another 5 years for these things to bed down and be accepted and then maybe someone will start a debate on zoophilia.

What is hard to judge is whether the awareness of this lifestyle option is disappearing on balance or just changing. Hostility is less of a problem than total indifference. I think we have already reached the point where it is way harder for people who have this interest to find each other. The taboo level has been ratcheted up to make it harder to talk about IRL while online censorship is becoming a serious problem. 20 years ago the internet was still anonymous and I would say as many as 10% of genuine personal profiles on myspace, livejournal, deviant art and other social media indicated acceptance of bestiality. Credit card companies would process payments for beast porn websites. There was very little censorship. Even a couple of years ago you could talk freely about bestiality on reddit as long as you didn't post images.

I think the trigger for change, if it comes, will be when somebody famous comes out as a lover of animal sex. They will face a backlash and be persecuted or even prosecuted but it will get people thinking and talking and the absurdity of the current position may eventually be addressed in the public discourse.
