Do you think it's possible that there are more human-dog matings than dog-dog matings?

Considering that most dog-dog matings result in puppies, and for each breeding pair it only happens at most twice a year. But a human can get knotted every other day. Even if the number of dogs with a zoo owner is much lower than dogs that are breeding, the frequency could make it up. Especially in Western countries where there are fewer free-ranging dogs.

I am certain there are plenty of happy male and female pups out there with human lovers. No doubt inter species intercourse is more common than the uninformed suspect.
