It's not easy to think in an open-minded way about topics that are so heavily taught to be bad, similar to someone discovering they are zoo in an anti-zoo world. Got to shake off the conditioning for a bit. I'm not recommending dil-dogging and I'm seeking to learn here.
Main problems with dil-dogging that I know of:
1) It involves shaft stimulation which I've seen dogs recoil against and lose their erection. The most tried and true method for dog pleasure is pressure behind the knot and very gentle stimulation on the tip.

1) Humans have a very wide range of sexual preferences, and I've seen variation in dogs too. I am open-minded to there being dogs that don't mind or enjoy that. A lot of zoos go beyond the tip when doing oral. Some dogs may be able to enjoy dil-dogging if their shaft is initially sensitive to touch by gently desensitizing it with lube and gentle motion and working up from there. Reminds me of people who take large sex toys. Those toys start off as a hard NO but after some working up to it becomes a mind-blowingly pleasurable experience.
