When I got my boy, we gave him time to settle in and get used to us and everything. I was with my ex at the time. After he’d had time to get used to everything (a few weeks) we were ready to try. As soon as my pants were down and I called him over, the pussy licking started. No need to help him figure it out. He also would rim my ex and lick his dick. From my experience a lot of dogs enjoy the smells and like licking these things. But most people actively discourage dogs from showing any interest in licking or sniffing human private parts or kissing. So all you have to do is show the dog that this is now allowed.

Depending on what you mean by training, I am strongly against teaching animals to have sex with people. If you want the act to be natural, you must never use any treats, peanut butter, or training methods to make an animal have sex with you.
The reasoning behind that is simple, you can teach a dog to let a vet take his blood or trim his nails... a clearly unpleasant possibly painful procedure that the dog will endure because there will be a reward in the end. Bringing this to sex would completely rob you of any valuable feedback and you may end up doing something against his will unknowingly. That would be very wrong and is the common practice in horrible commercial zoo porn.

All the dogs I've had I've had since they were puppies, so things just progressed on their own.
Sex was never the main point or priority anyway, but it was a nice bonus whenever it happened <3

I don't think an adult dog needs much training in this regard anyway. If they are interested, they are and if they are not.. they are not ?‍
Sex is pretty simple and instinctual to a canine.. to most of the animal kingdom <3
