I can feel your pain and anguish, even through text. Although, it came to a tragic and bitter end, just know that the moments he had with you were his happiness. Know that he deserved you more than your sister ever did. It's one of the sad reasons to why dogs being considered "property" is a tragedy in of itself. RIP Joey, he will always live through your memories of him.
 
Hey dont worry unlike a certain person who thinks "suicide is a tool". We will all experience loss at one point i hope your all better. Does he have a gravesite? I know for certain hes waiting for you at the bridge.
