I scoured the article for a link to no avail. Eventually I found an old version of the page that still had the link through the revision history. Fun fact: there used to be "arguments for" and "arguments against" sections within the article.
Anyway, the paper is called "Statement on human sexual intercourse with animals" and comes from Denmark's Animal Ethics Council. It was written in 2006 as a response to a request from the Ministry of Justice when a law against bestiality was being considered.
