Everytime I get my dick near my dogs cooch or ass I cum immediately. Just putting pressure against her holes makes me cum. Some good advice above, and apart from that you can use mind tricks to bring down your excitement. But that will take more time & experience. It comes with getting to know your mind and body and how to control them. Like how to bring yourself down, elevate yourself back up and when to back off. No, with humans I can last for over 30 minutes. Even if I'm super turned on. Though I don't like holding back much more than 15-20. So I don't practice it a whole lot.

I advise against using any non water based, non "animal safe" lube as it could cause your girl irritation at the very least, or even a severe allergic reaction! I've used J lube (veterinarian lube) for years without issues, that would be my goto recommendation

As for the question, its pretty common, moreso I think among zoosexuals, I say this due to observance and personal expierence.
