Correct Penis Anatomy on Furries

can you from top of your head (without looking it up) tell what a bat cock is like? do you look at art and then look up what is correct?
don't get me wrong, i'm all about anatomical correctness as well. tho only really on the species i'm 100% sure what they're supposed to have. like, i don't really care what kind of penis one puts on a bat or a dragon...
 
I definitely prefer species-accurate penises. Nothing wrong with human cock, it's just not one of the parts of a furry I want anthropomorphised.
 
I definitely find that anatomically correct bits are much more enjoyable on anthros. There are some times where it isn't necessary and the image is plenty hot as it is. But accuracy can only add to how good it is.

In my opinion, the penis style is hot. But I am not too big on cloacas/slitted penises. I have to add the sheath and balls to them. X3

Bat penis is amazing. The shape is long and thick for their size is a sort of S shape noodle. And their sheaths are behind their balls I believe, or in between somewhere.
 
I also greatly prefer seeing anatomically correct penises in furry artwork, or at the very least attempts being made for it. I also like when the artist stops and thinks about it the feral anatomy and considers how it would actually change based on being bipedal.

What I really hate is everything having horse dicks...

my gripe are knotted horse dicks... flare for quick delivery and knot for prolonged delivery totally doesn't clash.
 
I agree 10 hundred percent. Furry art should have the correct penis/vagina for their species (with allowances for the switch between quadruped to biped bodies), with sheaths and slits and cloacas. Or at the very least have a special combo penis (specially if their species is a fictional or unique one). Anything but a human dick. It just pulls me out of whatever they're trying to portray since I associate genitalia hand-in-hand with who someone actually is (a person's genitalia is their true self, you haven't truly met a person unless you have seen/met their genitalia).
Of course, having said all that an individual's fursona is their own entity and a way for them to personally and emotionally express themselves so if they want to be a wolf but still retain their human dick or pussy. That is their choice and they have a right too it.
 
Since they're already a combination of human and animal body features, I can understand having human genitalia on an anthro, but animal genitalia that matches the anthro's species is my preference and is always what any character I create will have. A human penis doesn't really bother me per se, but it kind of takes away from the uniqueness and exotic nature of an anthro character somewhat.

I know from experience there are some artists who will draw human genitalia but won't draw animal genitalia for various reasons, which limits who I can commission art from. I respect their rights to choose what they will and won't draw but I do find it troubling when artists bring moral or ethical reasons into why they only do human genitals.

Many furries don't see it the same way. While dog and horse peens have been pretty mixed lately, accurate lady bits are disliked by so so many more people. The only time I've seen people not care about "feral" parts has been with horse puss on MLP characters, and that was ten years ago.
