Lurker
Hi Y'all, ok, so I have been an avid dreamer for a while. Just found this place a few days ago.

I just moved into my area from out of state and one of my neighbor's is lets say "busy" with her pet.... quite often. I moved here about a month ago and am still greeting the fellow tenants as I can. Needless to say I do not want her to get in trouble, but I can clearly hear her multiple times a day with her boy, and I am just not sure how to approach her. The 2 of us occupy an end of bldg apartment set up, so I dont believe she has had concern for a next door neighbor for a while. My apartment seems to have been under renovation for a while (The office says)

I know I would probably freak her out if I just up and said something, and I would not want her to think someone was spying on her by leaving a note. But again, I have heard folks being arrested and such for getting caught by those who are not as open. So any pointers to let her know she may need to be a bit more discreet?

I cant imagine if someone came up to me and started out with "Heard you with the pooch last night......"

Thank you for any advice.

ok, please dont scold me for being concerned. We live 2 floors above a state trooper and I have heard her while coming up the stairs. - have to pass her door to get to mine.

and pretty sure I stated the "uneasy" part in my OP above. I dont want to "creep" her out. Again, I am trying to look out for my neighbor, OMG what was I thinking - you people are unreal.

Well, the 2 apartments up here across from ours will be occupied in a few weeks. So, well, if she gets busted, then not my problem right? Yall are right, I should let this person to their own demise.

Realistically you dont KNOW what she is doing, youre assuming which you should never do because when you ASS-U-ME you make an ASS of U and ME.
But if its THAT big of a concern like you think she somehow might get caught just tell her to keep it down. Don't mention what you heard or rather what you think you heard but just say hey I'm trying to work over here or something and you're being loud.
Might freak her out but if she could get caught getting freaked out is better than actually getting caught.

"Breed me boy!", "Good Boy", "stay boy","OMG I love your C***!" .. ya think I might be "assuming" the obvious? Seriously?.. I heard her once over my TV. Its not rocket science!

Again gonna let things be. Wasnt sure how to approach this, guess by the replies it is best to say nothing. Sorry for asking.

Funnily enough I happened upon this meme a couple of days ago. Lol

Nah, but seriously that is a bit of a tough one. On one hand I do agree that it would probably be best if you just let things be and keep you mouth closed about the matter. Then again, on the other hand she probably doesn't know that anyone else can hear her through the walls. And if you ever move out the next person that moves might not be so, let's just say, understanding about it. If you don't plan on moving out, I would just let things be as they are as long as she isn't keeping you up at 4 in the morning because of it.

3am actually.. this morning. :) I honestly do not believe my neighbor thinks anyone is in the same county as her, during her encounters. lol, scared for her actually. Our apts are 1 bdrm, across the hall are 2+ bdrms, and no one below us, yet, except 1st floor. I am thinking families coming soon. again, I was/am concerned.

But thanks, that note is hilarious.

May leave a note as @OffgridK9lover states. again, just trying to look out for her. Would much prefer to befriend her, than the alternative.

Yeah, I would just leave a note or something. I understand it's not anyone's business what she does so you would normally leave her alone... but if she's having sex with animal and someone calls that in she's in a lot of trouble.

A vague and polite note telling her to please keep it down might be appropriate. That or if u talk to her in person a lot just make a non-threatening remark. If you're both mature adults it should be easier to broach the subject.

They didn't "scold you for being concerned" they gave you advice, and it wasn't advice you wanted to hear.

Shut up and leave her alone unless and until SHE broaches the subject to you. What she's doing isn't your business, nor is it an invitation, even assuming she truly IS doing what you and your horndog imagination ASSUME is going on. The most you're entitled to do is gripe about too much noise, without any other commentary about what that noise might be.

Oh wow! Lmao you gotta be kidding me.
Damn she might be "screwing the pooch" here.....literally and figuratively. Damn that's a tough one.

I am a property manager and talking to tenets about loud sex is always the worst. All you can do is talk to management over a nose complaint. Don't say it's the dog just say she is loud when her BF is over or she is masturbating. I get the concern but there is no way you can do anything here without looking like a creeper.

i don't think it's that creepy to just tell her if you really hear her scream "breed me!" "i love your cock boy!" and it's not just your imagination filling the gaps or she isn't really screwing her human boyfriend.... what's the worst that can happen? it's not like she can raise any complaint against you or like call the cops, because you know her secret. if there's any.

If she's doing it loud enough to be clearly heard she has made it every ones business in ear shot, same with those dipshits that blare their music, you make it public expect public responses.

I had no issues back when I did security, if I could hear it doing shifts I made dam sure they knew it and reminded them others need to sleep/work/enjoy their living space, same went for music or gaming, Some times a simple anon to the point note is more than enough.

Perhaps, and while you're right that she's "making it public", and thus warranting a legit noise complaint, I'm also smelling a pretty strong aroma of " I want a turn!!! How can I get jiggy wit' 'er???"

Let's be real....are you really "concerned" for someone you don't even know or are you really just interested in her because she is into what you are into and you're hoping to make a connection? Better yet, if she was "he", would you still be as concerned? No judgement either way, i'm just reading between the lines and asking....

Same, why I said a simple anon note asking them to turn down the noise. doesn't involve one self in it but lets them know people are hearing things.

1) lets get this clear - Female here
2) no need to worry anymore - took the responses here and "left her alone"
3) she got caught last weekend - oh well, just thought you should know how wonderful your advice was.

No way?! What happened to her?

Results didn't vary between "you living in your flat" - or not living in that flat. As you didn't report her, I assume.
Those results are full responsibility of the one doing those actions not privately enough. There's no pill to cure ignorance or dumbness.

A note on the door written: "please don't let everyone around you experience your erotic life unwillingly. Turn the volume down a bit. Thank you and all the best." would've potentially prevented this outcome, but if someone is such ignorant regarding their surroundings, it's just a matter of time until someone of the other tenants walks along the wall / door unwillingly at an unfortunate time and reports it.

1) lets get this clear - Female here

And that changes anything how, precisely?

2) no need to worry anymore - took the responses here and "left her alone"

Smartest move you could've made.

3) she got caught last weekend - oh well, just thought you should know how wonderful your advice was.
Unless you're the one who busted/got her busted, that's relevant how?

Real simple: Play stupid games, win stupid prizes. Hopefully, her pooch isn't gonna get mutilated/killed for it, but being as nobody here is *THERE*, very little, if anything, that can be done - even before she got busted.

Anyone else thinking that reality the OP reports seems to be reacting to this thread?

rocky tells her not to assume the neighbor is banging her dog, and all the sudden we get reports that very clear things are being screamed through the walls like, "Good Boy!" "I love your cock!"

Floofy suggests things are fine as long as it's not happening at 4 in the morning, and then we get a report that it happened at 3 in the morning.

OP doesn't seem to like the advice to leave things alone, so now her neighbor gets caught. Oh, doesn't that make you feel bad, all you people who told her not to do anything?

Yeah... it all seems like a little too much coincidence.
