I guess it depends on how often do you take care his claws. though if it's really crucial one can use socksI love feeling his nails press down on my skin, but I prefer not being scratched. I go swimming often, and I'd rather not have people see scratches on me when I'm wearing a swimsuit or when I'm wearing anything that'll show scratched parts. I've never had scratches as bad as the ones in the pic OP posted when I have gotten them.

As we all should. My guy eats extremely well. Has more than regular Vet checks. Is groomed once a month. He is very spoiledI trim them as soon as I can start hearing his nails clacking when he walks around my kitchen floor. I don't procrastinate when it comes to his hygiene and health. I take care of him the same way I take care of myself.

It’s so tough! One time my friend was like girl what happened to you! I just blanked and said it was from the gym… I tried to play it off like it was from sex with a random but was trying to hide it by claiming it was from the gym.
