Can’t connect to site

I can’t seem to be able to connect to the site on my pc or phone, I use duck duck go on phone and Opera GX on my pc, is something wrong?

The forum sometimes has outages. Wait a few hours and try again.

When that happens and you suspect your browser or ISP can be acting funny, try using sites of this sort.

I’m able to connect using safari but not DuckDuckGo

No idea of DuckDuck as browser.
I use it as search engine and sometimes it acts up, so it might even be some site blocking there cause... pervert site. Must protect user ?
