Can I get sick if my dog kiss me?

In twenty years I have never caught any infection from kissing my companions, I think the same can be said for my (human) partner. Providing your companion is healthy, there is unlikely to be any harm, other than an attack of the hornies!

Hello zoo mates. I have one important question.

Is it dangerous for us (humans) to kiss the dogs? I mean, could we get any sickness if the dog lickdeep inside our mouth? XD (tongue with tongue; mixing saliva...)

When my dog does that to me I cannot enjoy the moment as much as I thought in my imagination a few time ago before trying it because this thoght doesn't stop coming to my mind.

Should you avoid kissing him then, or should you go for it big time?

Balls are not the collection of germs and nasties that they are on humans (and dogs are much more hygienic than most people could ever be), so the odds of getting sick from kissing your dog after he cleans himself is very low. Also, why go for secondhand ball licks? Cut out the middleman and lick his balls yourself!
