Can certain acts of bestiality get you into more trouble than others?

For example, if I was caught licking my rabbits butt hole, sticking my toungle lightly in her vagina or rubbing my dick on her, will it be less trouble than saying penetrating a dogs vagina or is it equal in terms of penalty of law? Every window is covered completely and I live alone, so this is a non-issue personally.
