Can animals sense the "auras"?

From what I have been told. One of my female relatives would sometimes visit the village and whenever she did that, herds of sheep/goats would stop walking and get near her asking to be petted. She was a good hearted honest woman.

How common is this phenomenon? How frequently does similar stories exist and why do animals do that?

It's certainly not an "aura".

It's just general body language. Most animals are not ideots, and if someone can communicate that he's not a danger through his general body language, than animals that are close to humans tend to be less disturbed.

There are people who can pet almost any cat, and there are people that almost any cat hisses at. That's just because ones general body language is peaceful, the others is dangerous.

+1

it's mostly body language. i think animals can pick up on our demeanor rather quickly by the way our body positions itself. body language is very hard to hide. it's just hard to ready by us humans because we're so used to hearing language than watching it.

The aura is a nonsensical concept which is based on concentrated human stupidity.
Bodylanguage and scent is a far more realistic explanation.

It's actually a real thing though. It's a biomagnetic field if I'm not mistaken. As to what purpose it serves, no one really knows. As far as animals picking up on things that humans can't, don't forget that animals have super senses. Hey can pick up on abnormalities in the environment such as oncoming earthquakes hours before they happen.

When I visit my friends', acquaintances strangers dogs, they are surprised that aggressive dogs are much calmer with me than with others.
For example, a few weeks ago I met two caucasians who attack strangers at the border of the territory, this is their job. But they didn't hurt me. They did not allow me to enter their territory, but they behaved calmly with me at the border of the territory, which surprised their owner very much. And this happens very often.

Likely body language, character, smells, I am an alpha male character etc. But I believe there is more to it than that. Therian, they feel that inside I am their kind, that we are the same.
(Or they just think I'm a fucking zoo who fucked a dozen dogs.) :husky_laughing:

I don't have an aura.
After I read this thread, I asked my horse, "Do I have an aura? Can you see it?"
He looked at me funny, made that derisive horse-snort noise and shook his head. Then, he searched me for carrot snacks.
