I have a border heeler that is about 14 months old and around 50lbs that is intact. He will put his side on you and ask to be touched and will swell up a bit but not hump or produce fluid. He uses his mouth on himself all the time. When he gets really excited he swells up to fully engorged in his sheath and its so beautiful I want to play with it but I worry he is still to young and thats why he won't hump or spray cum. We don't push anything on him and we are letting him take his time. He really enjoys licking everything while we do stuff to each other. I guess my question is, any idea how much longer he needs to be sexually interested in us pleasing him?
