There's synthetic versions available for breeders, but using such encouragements is highly frowned upon. Plus they're not guaranteed to work anyway.

Human pheromones don't exist. Biologists have looked. Extensively. There is evidence we used to possess them, but not a single unique compound has been isolated which causes a phenomenal response.
