Bestiality as a Fetish: What?

I am useless at the search function this has to be answered somewhere but I can't find it.

The topics here seem to be grouped with knowledge of this but without official definition. Is fetish mutually exclusive to sexuality? What topics do I post in here?

vinylpup is right. But, it can get confusing because this isn't how people use these words outside of this community. Here, a lot of people use "zoophilia" to refer to romantic interest/intimacy with non-human animals, but clinically, zoophilia just refers to sexual attraction to non-human animals, and bestiality just refers to the act of having sex with non-human animals.

So it is the taboo nature that creates a "sex only" feeling? By it I say that i think people must choose to say to themself "I only want sex" because the thought of love is too big to work with animals in this society? I can see one night stand as meeting human and animal need but I would still look for respect of each other as having feelings and personality which could lead to more than just sexual interest. Can it be healthy to have sex with out believing possibility of more exists? You must choose to not want more? For me I would think if you cannot believe in love then you stick to porn and your hand. There is no respect for the animal as an individual without that. Or so is my view.

Thanks to contributions. I have no interest in the clinical definition (though worth to note for others) as I don't consider myself or any of you wonderful community to be "sick". I much prefer your summary of the definition as romantic and intimate interest.

Review: is there some denial of self due to taboo and social norms making realizing romance too much for some or is it real to only have the fetish? If that is real is it wrong to say those people should refrain from seeking more than porn and sex toys? It seems a clear sign of lack of respect of the animal.
