Well, Just my experience with many dogs, and many dildo, none of the dildos have enough shaft below the knot to get the knot where is should be. If your really lucky you might get the knot to stretch your hole, but it isn't going to stay inside. A real dog will stay inside. And of course doesn't become a know until he is inside.
