I am considerably new to dog matings, I most of the times end up being dragged a few ft before he pulls out forcefully. I try my best to keep him under control by holding his legs but its getting vey challenging becasue he is very aggressive and most of the times flips his legs so I get hold of only one leg which will not give me complete hold and also when knotted it gets even tougher and I end up being dragged.... has any one experienced dragging by your dog and how did you overcome it....

Most dogs pull and most dogs eventually learn that less pulling means longer fun. For the hardcore pullers, you can grab a leg in each hand, one between your legs and one over your back, and hold him against you. Rotate back until he is on his back under you. FRom there you can work him from above or simply lay down against him. Every dog that I've done this with quickly came to prefer it and would often flop instead of pull. Just remember that I prefer dogs at least as big as me.
