Banned Websites

Have the mods reviewed any content from FORBIDDEN_WEBSITE!? I've seen a few links posted from here, and the website itself seems to be somewhat unmoderated and have the general commercial abuse bs like dildogging, baiting, and the like.

CP has been a thorn in society's side for to long
Just like zoosadism. We should ban all sites that support sadistic/abusive/forced content, not just the ones with CP.

How does zootube365 compare? They seem fairly responsible for a porn site.
(This was my gateway for zoo porn tbh.)
Zootube365 is in many ways even worse than FORBIDDEN_WEBSITE!. As far as I know, it basically only contains commercial videos full of forced animals, abuse, dildogging, fake cum and other crap.

please add FORBIDDEN_WEBSITE! as well.
This. And also FORBIDDEN_WEBSITE! - that site contains a lot of sadistic content apparently without any moderation + the worst commercial crap content.

We'll have to do a reevaluation of this website. Historically they weren't necessarily "bad" but they weren't necessarily "good" either. They've been around for a little while now. Their content had ranged from okay to a bit questionable. From what I recall their domain went up for sale around early to mid 2022 and got bought out by someone else that restructured the site away from pretty much exclusively women/male dogs.

Last time I reported content from FORBIDDEN_WEBSITE! it was said that ''reposting the videos is OK, but not direct links to the site'' What the heck is the difference?
I'd guess the difference is you can use your discretion when posting but if you link to a site with the undesired content then there is no discretion.

Here is a list of websites that are NOT allowed to be posted on the forum in link form:

● FORBIDDEN_WEBSITE!.com
● FORBIDDEN_WEBSITE!
● ****************** (.net or any other TLD type domain.)
● FORBIDDEN_WEBSITE!
● FORBIDDEN_WEBSITE!
● *******
● FORBIDDEN_WEBSITE!
● FORBIDDEN_WEBSITE!, FORBIDDEN_WEBSITE!, or any other FORBIDDEN_WEBSITE! derivatives.

I'm all for the site deciding what can and cant be posted here... so I don't object to that by any means...

But... at the risk of upsetting people by pointing out the obvious... When you censor the list of things we're not allowed to post... we have no idea that we're not allowed to post the site that's being censored.

How are you going to hold a user responsible for posting something that's not allowed when all we can see is something like ...

We have decided that no one is allowed to post links from ********* site.

Giving us a list and simultaneously censoring the list so we cant see what's on it... isn't really effective.

That censoring is new, it appears just in the last day or so ZT implemented an automatic text parsing censor plugin. Maybe ZT can type without it triggering, but apparently even mod posts don't bypass it.

The plugin will auto censor what's not allowed to be posted even if you do.

Oh no, I plan to fix the list, it shouldn't be that hard. I was kind of waiting for ZT to add the rest of the websites on the list before I fix it.

Is he going to add Telegram/kik/discord/etc to it? Can't very well ask someone "what's your/do you have telegram?" if it comes out "do you have ******?".

That's already on there. Been in the rules since the beginning. Ooooohhhhhh, wait. You mean auto censor. Hmmmmm, that would be nice, and anyone evading the auto censor can trigger an auto perma ban from one of us.

The thing is that we couldn't mask the usernames. We could only mask the name of the IM client. But threads such as "I've created a telegram group for Brisbane, PM me for more details." would be censored, even though they technically don't violate the rules. The other issue would be that you couldn't even talk about the IM clients.

So a thread such as, "I've found a potential security vulnerability with Kik, here's what you need to look out for to protect yourself." would be auto censored, despite being a useful hypothetical thread.

Censoring shitty abusive/pedo containing websites, I'm all for. But censoring IM chat clients would be going way overboard. It would be unfortunate if ZooVille was turned into a nanny state.

Ah. Gotcha.

There has been a few postings from a certain website that is also housing CP.

Do not post or even visit this website. Even just for zoo videos. There are plenty of other sites that have the same thing. Just without the CP added in. Links to this website will be removed. (Site name mentions mix. as the domain. A Russian site.)

This list will likely be updated in the future, as more and more zoo porn websites with unmoderated CP content/adverts will likely arise in the future.
Are there more sites to be aware of since I wasn’t to avoid viruses

You could ask a mod....The link that got removed may have had a site or sites listed that have been banned here...thats the likely explanation. When they have a proper list of accepted sites, I believe it will be posted....but things change rapidly with some of those sites. They can't stop you from looking for them or using them; but those materials are not to be posted or shared here.

Could easily show 10+ ways to make the filter useless.
If *I* catch someone subverting the filter, it's going to be a 1 point warning strike for the first offense(s), 2 point warning strike for the second offense, and a straight up ban if there is a third offence with active warning strikes on your account.

***** deleted. This filter sucks and was made by noobs. Could easily show 10+ ways to make the filter useless.
Yeah you could and you will be collecting warning points until you are banned. 10 is enough definitely.
In fact you already have just 9 to go. :D

The trick is *if* you post a banned site, it can be ignorance, cut and paste link, or just forgetting there was a rule about that particular site.

The filter will just act as a reminder, so if you bypass it, you are *purposely* posting a banned site and breaking a rule. No excuse ?

Thanks for the update, FORBIDDEN_WEBSITE! and others have been junk for years, way to many pop ups and send ya elsewhere...

One of those websites actually requires you to disable vpn and does not work over tor.
What a gem of internet security. :D

Think i know which one you mean, but to be honest, get an adblocker and a real VPN. lol
My only use for that website is to delete any reference to it. :D
Occasionally I open a random link to see whether it has finally been taken down.
