Anyone know where I can find these

Managed to find it using a reverse image search, it's on Juliettoys and it's called "Thundr"
I'd share a link but I'm not sure if that's allowed, and I'm a new user so I can't PM, but a quick google search should lead you to the right place.
 
If you end up getting one, let me know. Looks too good to be true. Hope the quality is as good as it seems.
 
i saw a bunch of toys that looks good on the site but they were all really cheap so the quality may not be all there.
i would love an update if anyone decides to buy anything from there.
