I am fairly sure it can. However, like with men who take stallions, the body can be stretched and become used to taking larger sizes.
Also important thing is to know the horse well and how he behaves and reacts.

It is a long process of stretching and strengthening that takes time and dedication. I would definitely recommend never doing so without the preparation. It can go wrong even for those experienced and will almost certainly go wrong if not prepared both physically and knowing the horse and his attitude and behavior.

The safest way is a mini stallion and when he enters you move with his thrusts.

Usually there is something done to prevent the horse from thrusting too deep. Small breeds of horses can be ok with the right techniques, but slightly larger ones will need something or someone obstructing them.
