If you're saying his dick has bumps I think there was something going on with him. Or a possible injury... I never experienced anything like that. They're just smooth.

Yea only the tip of it and was only when he got fully hard and had his knot exposed and all but it was almost looked like goosebumps from what I remember believe he did pass of cancer later on
