I hurt all over from age 15 when i was in juvie, they had this segment everyday called large muscle exercise and you had to do what the placards on the wall said to do and as meny and as meny reps exactly as it said and you had to finish them, the juvenile correctional officers were in charge of the Judgment of what was and wasn't the best of your ability needless to say they are pretty insensitive, and now I have sports injuries all over my body that I still haven't got diagnosed with the root causes are, I used to think a lot it was post-traumatic osteoarthritis but when I went to an old lady doctor he checked a lot of the places where I described pain and said I had scar tissue in my tendons, and honestly I'm no doctor I don't know if that's considered tendonitis or not, I've had sports injuries on top of sports injuries all the way back from age 12, and it sucks because it just seems like there's a plethora of different doctors with assorted categories and names that are not ambiguous of each other some places don't deal with the spine some places only deal with the foot, some places only deal with a specific kind of sports injurys, there's no reassuring way to figure out how to get proper treatment or get it on paper right to reinforce my disability like a much much deserve,
PS. if anybody knows the names of good cheep Supplements let me know, i find specifically that MSM helps me a lot with pain i noticed,
I've had a little luck with these
