Any tips on adopting a non neutered or spayed dog?

Pretty much the title, me and my partner are gonna move into a house soon where we'll finally have room for a dog companion, but we don't know how to find one very easily aha. Does anyone here have any suggestions?

I second that. Animal shelters always spay and neuter but there are always a ton of dogs on my local Facebook and Craigslist available and many times they aren't fixed.

Facebook or Craigslist is pretty much the go to, but be careful as you are taking a risk buying from a potential backyard breeder or buying a sick dog. You could also check feed stores that are looking to rehome new born puppies.
