There are zoocommunity.org (SFW) and zoowg.org if you want more community. Read their rules before posting. There are also twitter accounts and about 4 reasonably often online zoos on reddit (me included). Add what's listed here: https://www.zoovilleforum.net/resources/categories/blogs.2/ and I don't know about anything else.
This is about as good as it gets. There really are not many legitimate sites. If you become a member of Zeta then they will give you access to their Discord group. There are a few English speakers there.
