Any Computer Tech Savvy People on Here?

I wanted to know if I could get some advice. My friend is interested in getting knotted and I’ve been sending her links to the common zoo sites like Art of Zoo, etc. She said she can’t get any of these links to open on her computer. I can open them just fine on both my desktop and iPhone. Could this be caused by content blocking, internet provider blocking, or something else? The vids are standard MP format which is a pretty common video platform. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Has she got flash installed or it could just be her browser not letting those liks open for security

That's very vague, what exactly happens?
What browser is it?
Does she have any addons that could possibly block something like adblock, httpseverywhere or noscript installed? That's probably not an issue since it sounds like nothing at all shows up. Maybe a firewall or something blocking certain URLs.
By MP you mean *.mp4? Then flash is not the problem.
You could also give a sample link to make sure we are talking about exactly the same thing.
