Animals you love in a different way

Tell me what other animals you like, but not sexually!

For me its a lot of freshwater fish (my betta died recently and Ive been thinking about this more than id like to admit)
Bats are amazing too, i love them

Snakes and cats
I think they are majestic and in the case of cats proud and i love my cat more than most things
but i'm not sexually attracted to them
and eels

There are too many fascinating and likable animals to count. Here are just some examples:

I appreciate ladybugs, because they eat other insects that are bad for my cherry tree.

Bumble bees are welcome in the garden and also a range of other insects like dragonflies and crane flies.

I am thankful for the job that earthworms do.

While I catch most small critters that get into the house and bring them outside, I let a few vibrating spiders live inside our home. They are relaxed, their vibrating behavior is curious and I count on them to deal with prey that I wouldn't want to thrive inside, e.g. the occasional fruit fly and possibly even some bigger spiders.

I enjoy the visits of a range of birds to my garden. I like pigeons in particular although they are not the birds that my garden benefits most from. Bats are welcome, although I can't really see much of them (they come when it's dark and they are quick).

Hedgehogs are cute occasional guests.

A pawful of fish live in my garden, too.

I enjoy the sight of animals in the countryside, wild ones but also cattle and horses.

I have a "pet" leech. I don't pet it though.

What type of leech?
