Hello this is my first post, I just had a pretty bad time with a knot.
I sneezed whilst my boy was inside me, this scared him and he proceeded to rip his knot out of me...
My anus hurts and it is bleeding a bit.
How much should I be worried?

You're likely fine if it is just a bit of bleeding. Cookie is right. You may have got an anal fissure that will heal in 2 weeks or so.

It will help for future attempts if you practice with sex toys the size of his knot so you know he can pull out anytime.

Damn, and I thought it was bad when I sneezed with my cat on my lap and he got mad and swatted at me.

Hope you heal up well though. If you have to go to the doctor, say you sneezed while trying to pull a sex toy out. When you sneezed, you accidentally pushed it out and now here we all are.
